1. Welcome & Opening Remarks

President Manop Supkascharoen opened the session by thanking the 6 attendees for their commitment to the national growth of padel in Thailand. He emphasized the importance of 2025 as a strategic year for international integration, player development, and official recognition through partnerships with the FIP and the Sport Authority of Thailand.

2. Review of Previous Minutes (December 2024)

• The minutes were approved without objections.
  
  

• Key actions from the previous meeting were confirmed as completed, including:
  
  

  • Finalization of 2025 calendar.
    
    

  • Negotiation for coach exchange program with Spain.
    
    

  • Legal steps TPA to be admitted in Sports Authority of Thailand SAT.
    
    

3. 2025 National Goals & Priorities

a. TPA National League Structure

• Full structure confirmed:
  
  

  • Stage 1 – Club Leagues (Pro and Medium)
    
    

  • Stage 2 – City Finals
    
    

  • Stage 3 – Regional Finals
    
    

  • Stage 4 – National Championship
    
    

• Points system: “TPA Points” confirmed for all stages.
  
  

• Player categories: Advanced and All-levels, separated into Male and Female divisions.
  
  

b. Sponsorship Strategy

• Ongoing negotiations with 3 national lifestyle brands for tour sponsorship.
  
  

• Plan to include sponsored “Pro-Am” days during each regional stage.
  
  

• Proposal approved to create a one-pager event sponsorship format for B2B events.
  
  

c. Training and Player Development

• Thailand’s #1 player and National Head Coach to train in Spain for 60 days (August-September 2025).
  
  

• Budget for training trip discussed after update. On process.
  
  

• Sponsors to be sought with aligned branding (sportswear, wellness, travel).
  
  

4. Communication & Media Strategy

• Clubs will receive the 2025 Media support in April (social posts, logos, league templates).
  
  

• Decision approved to relaunch the TPA Instagram and YouTube channels with storytelling and match highlights.
  
  

• Agreement to use the FIP structure as reference for online player registration and match results. Rankedin
  
  

5. FIP & International Integration

• Thailand as candidate to host a FIP Senior Tournament in Q4.
